@10x what do we say about sensitive skin, and where does it come from?

10x App

Three claims on record. Two are on your product pages. “Dermatologist tested” appears only in customer reviews, so I’d treat it as unconfirmed until someone signs it off.

You set the direction. 10x does the reading, the comparing, and the first draft, across the apps you connect. It hands back the answer with its sources, and the decision stays with you.

The answer lands where you asked, so the whole channel sees what 10x read and what it found.

Example conversation

Maya

@10x the launch brief is due Friday. What do we have on record for the serum?

10x App

Four claims, two buyer groups, and your visual rules. The strongest claim is fragrance-free: it is on the product page and in most reviews that mention sensitive skin.

Jordan

Good start. @10x what are competitors leading with this month?

10x App

Mostly problem-first openings, then customer stories. None of their ads on record lead with fragrance-free. That gap is yours.

What makes 10x a hire

Knows your brand

Briefed once. Keeps what it learns.

Give it your website. It reads your site, product feed, reviews, and ads, then keeps your products, customers, claims, and guidelines on record.

Works where you work

One employee. Three front doors.

Mention it in Slack, call it from Claude, or open its workspace. It works in Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, and Notion once you connect them.

Shows its sources

No guesswork passed off as fact.

Every answer traces back to what it read. If a number was never reported, 10x says it is missing. It does not fill one in.

The difference

A chatbot gives advice.
10x does the homework.

Other AI answers from the open web and leaves the research to you. 10x works from your own brand and market.

A chatbot

Tells you how to research your competitors.

10x

Reads their ads. Names the patterns you are missing.

The job description

Marketing work you can hand over today

Answer brand questions

What you say, who you say it to, and where each claim came from.

“What do we know about our best customers?”

Read the competition

How competitors’ ads open, what they promise, and which have run longest.

“What are competitors doing that we aren’t?”

Plan the next ads

A plan with one slot per ad: the format, the buyer, the pattern to build on.

“Plan six ads for the launch.”

Check ads before they ship

Finished ads read against your brand guidelines, with what to change and why.

“Is this one ready to go?”

Read the results

What the reported numbers show, by creative pattern. Nothing estimated.

“How did last month’s ads do?”

Find the file

The brief, the post, or the doc, found in the apps you have connected.

“Find our latest campaign brief.”

How it works

Hired in the morning. Working by lunch.

  1. 1Add 10x to Slack

It joins like any new teammate, in the channels you choose. No Slack? Sign in with Google and use the workspace.

  2. 2Add your brand

Give it a name and a website. 10x reads the rest and asks you only for what a person has to decide.

  3. 3Hand over the first job

Ask in a channel, in a direct message, or in the workspace. The answer lands in the thread where you asked.

You stay in control

Nothing goes out without your OK.

10x carries the work through in the tools you connect. It asks before anything it cannot undo, and it pushes back when a claim isn’t backed by your sources. It proposes, you decide.

  • 10x reads a channel only when it is invited.
  • Your approval before it posts, sends, or changes anything.
  • Each person sees only the brands shared with them.

Maya

@10x write a caption saying the serum is dermatologist tested, and post it to Instagram.

10x App

Caption is drafted. I left out “dermatologist tested”: it appears only in customer reviews, so I would hold it until someone confirms it. Post it without the claim?

Questions

What is 10x, exactly?

An AI marketing employee. It learns your brand and your market, then answers marketing questions and takes on marketing tasks: reading competitors, planning ads, checking finished work, and reading results. You talk to it in Slack, in Claude, or in its own workspace.

How is it different from ChatGPT?

A general chatbot starts from nothing each time and answers from the open web. 10x starts from your brand: your products, customers, claims, guidelines, your ads, and your competitors’ ads. It tells you which source each answer came from.

What can I hand it today?

Brand questions, competitor reads, creative plans, checks on finished ads, reads of reported performance, and finding files in connected apps. It drafts copy and plans from what it has on record.

What can’t it do?

It will not post, send, or change anything without your approval. It does not produce the finished ad; that belongs to your creative team or studio. It will not estimate a number nobody reported.

Which apps does it work in?

Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, and Notion today, once you connect them under Settings, Integrations. It also reads the Ad Library for your ads and your competitors’ ads.

Does it read all our Slack messages?

No. It reads a message when someone mentions it or writes to it directly, and only that message. It joins the public channels you choose; a private channel has to invite it.

Who on my team can use it?

Everyone in a Slack workspace that has added 10x. Each person sees only the brands shared with them, and chats in the workspace are private to the person who started them.

What does it cost?

You start with $100 in credits and no card. Work is paid for in credits, shared across your workspace, and you can buy more when you need them.
